It’s a genetic dispostion . . . you are born with it. So, don’t stick your head in the sand when it comes to ADHD. When you have been diagnosed with ADHD, learning about the ins and outs of ADHD will make a positive difference in your life and relationships.
- Read about it. Consider what leaders in the field write and say.
- Get familiar with the symptoms.
- Talk about it.
- Build your areas of strength and interests while addressing your challenge areas. Acceptance and compassion build connection.
